Desjardins Has Positive Outlook for CGI Group Q2 Earnings

CGI Group, Inc. (TSE:GIB) – Equities research analysts at Desjardins raised their Q2 2025 earnings per share (EPS) estimates for shares of CGI Group in a note issued to investors on Thursday, January 30th. Desjardins analyst J. Dubreuil now anticipates that the company will post earnings per share of $2.21 for the quarter, up from their previous forecast of $2.16. Desjardins also issued estimates for CGI Group’s Q3 2025 earnings at $2.12 EPS, Q4 2025 earnings at $2.10 EPS, Q1 2026 earnings at $2.17 EPS, Q2 2026 earnings at $2.38 EPS, Q3 2026 earnings at $2.30 EPS, Q4 2026 earnings at $2.33 EPS and FY2026 earnings at $9.36 EPS.

Separately, Cibc World Mkts raised shares of CGI Group from a “hold” rating to a “strong-buy” rating in a research note on Tuesday, October 15th.
